1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
You are unable to attend the live session due to technical issues from our side (e.g., webinar link not working, session did not happen as scheduled).
You were charged more than once for the same registration due to a technical error.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
You missed attending the live session or did not join due to personal reasons.
You changed your mind after purchasing the ticket.
You are dissatisfied with the content delivered, as our sessions are low-cost, value-based educational masterclasses clearly described in advance.
You failed to read the session details, timing, or date before registering.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email us at contact@risewithrahul.com within 48 hours of the scheduled session with:

Registered email address
Payment receipt or transaction ID
Reason for requesting the refund
We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 5–7 business days of approval.
Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment. We do not offer cash refunds.
